Intellectual Property: Distinctive signs:

The brands, logos and designs appearing on Nordnet’s websites or Nordnet’s order forms belong to Nordnet, to the third parties concerned or to the group’s companies which Nordnet belongs. Any reproduction, imitation or use, total or partial, of the distinctive signs without their express authorization and in violation of the prohibitions provided in particular in articles L. 513-2 and following and L. 713-2 and following of the French Intellectual Property Code will engage the liability of their author.

The other distinctive signs, corporate names and tradenames, product names and services, signs, domain names reproduced on the Nordnet Websites are Nordnet’s property, the companies with which Nordnet is in contact or the companies of the group to which Nordnet belongs. Any reproduction without express authorization will engage the liability of its author in particular on the basis of article 1240 of the French civil code.

Nordnet prohibits any use of its brands and names as a keyword, in particular in the context of the internet referencing service. Any use without its express and prior agreement may engage the liability of its author on the aforementioned foundations.
